true indeed, you're probably correct they wont sue, or attempt to fight you. but in the event they did call up some suit happy tv lawyer thinking they had a case against the hotel, your employer would be out of pocket thousands of $ just to defend your stance that you were doing the right thing. sure you'd likely win, but at a $cost. anyhow good luck out there man, i was merely illustrating the point it would have been easier to turn a blind eye to the situation than go through all the motions you're going through.

It's obvious that that is indeed what you were doing. I mean, really....if anything you should have kicked some of the other guests occupying the other rooms out for complaining. You do realize that they weren't complaining because they couldn't get any sleep... but the real reason, in fact, was that they knew the kids out in the hall were black! They were all like, "I can't stand black crackers, I bet my white "brother" at the front desk will kick them out for us." How dare they complain about black people!

You DO realize that had he done nothing that several occupants of the other rooms would have complained instead. Also, they would have gone back home and told all of their friends not to stay there because their last stay was miserable...which is bad for business.

And as far as their threats...I wouldn't take them too seriously. I worked at a beer store for a while (ironically, I don't drink) and one of the workers refused to sell some customer beer for whatever reason. The customer told him he was going to come back and shoot him. :1orglaugh
