If it would happen at home, I would first check the bathroom cabinet to make sure that there are no extra rolls. If no extra exits, I would use the shower. In public places, I would try to get to another stall - if another were available. Also, I would check around to see if there are any other forms of paper / tissue available. If not, I would be a man and use the hand. By the way, I only had to use my bare hand once. If It occurred outside, I would hope that I remembered to bring a roll. If I forget, I would use leaves.
