Thanks for the continued encouragement Another smokeless day and I actually didn't think about or crave a smoke much today. Even had a couple of beers without submitting to temptation.

That was the hard part for me....that and my morning coffee. If you can get through those little hurdles, you can get through the others.

Harder, still, will be going out for beers and not submitting to Temptation.

Here's the secret: Don't smoke, and sit there and feel smugly superior to all the schleps who are smoking.
