Yesterday, I decided to ride my bike to work, as it was a beautiful sunny day.
I am not allowed to take my bike into work with me, so I have to cahin it to the bike rack which is about 265 feet away from the building I work in. there is only one floor to the building, and big picture windows on two sides so, I can cleary see my bike. At most times during the day=, there is at least one other bike on the bike rack.
I work in an area with many other places of in the same complex. There are a number of businesses across the parking lot as well. There is always people out and about who are able to see the bike rack.
So, I get off work after 9.5 hours and walk out to unchain mt bike for the ride home, and it is gone. Somebody stole my bike in the broad daylight. It was chained up as I was finishing up my work. I decided to go to the bathroom at the end of my shift and change, and when I got out my bike was gone.
The person who stole it needed to have industrial strength bolt cutters because the lock I use is very strong, and cost me over $60.
What I want to know is how the hell was somebody able to steal my bike with so many people around. This perpetrator was very brave, because people at more than a few stores know that the bike belongs to me.

I am so mad right now.
I would have had no chance to get it back, if I had witnessed it being taken. I could not run as fast as a bike, and what if the perpetrator produced a weapon.
I am so mad and angry right now.

If I think about it, it could have been a lot worse. I have a roof over my head, food on the table, and a steady job, so I am very glad about that
