I am so glad we elected Obama, now the world loves us!

As usual Obama showed a level of class and discretion that has been non-existent in the Republican Party. He also handily beat the two candidates that he ran against, which should always be brought into sharp focus.

Duterte, Putin, Erdogan, China. Fuck 'em. China showed what a ghetto-class government they are with their cheap shots. Duterte is a troubled Filipino hillbilly that jokes about gang rape and murder, which explains why BC likes him so much. Putin is trying to rebuild the Soviet Union. And Erdogan is one more deal-with-the-devil that the US is forced to make because we're painted into a corner by decades of having some of the same enemies.

GE is right. We don't have a better option. Bonespur would have lost his shit, both summits would have been a fiasco and the world would be laughing at America's crybaby President right now......and Bonespur would be making excuses and promising to "pivot" the next time.

Duarte 2016!

Duterte....hick.

No you fat fuck. GWB showed class and didn't insult other world leaders like Obama saying Putin was the disinterested kid in the back of the classroom. He didn't spy on Angela Merkel's phone conversations and he never threatened that a country would have to move to the back of the bus if they got all uppity and didn't remain globalists.

He is not liked by a laundry list of world leaders because he throws his weight around like a broke ass that got an insurance settlement only to be broke again next week.

We all knew this motherfucker was over his head within his first 100 days. His foreign policy achievements were genuflecting to the Muslim brotherhood and creating a vacuum in the middle east.

He sat on a debate stage against Romney patting himself on the back as understanding China as no president since Nixon and now the Chinese whisper behind his back when he walks into the room and now claim the majority of the South China Sea as the Gulf of Szechuan.

The most frightening part of his irresponsible foreign policy is that Iran will be able to test a nuclear weapon 10 years earlier than previously thought.

We have the lowest workforce participation rate since WWII, new college graduates are not finding work because foreigners with H1B visas are taking their jobs and the college aged kids have told him to stuff Obama care and the premiums where the sun doesn't shine.

Idiots like you put this SOB into office and now the rest of the world sees what some of us have known for a long time.

Obama is a self absorbed "my way or the highway" wannabe dictator with a phone, a pen and a Nobel Peace Prize not worth the paper it is written on.

Be proud.. fat boy.. be real proud.

Three lullabies in an ancient tongue
Two things strike me as interesting about this thread. First, BC citing CNN as an information source. Historic. Secondly, like the whole world loved us before Obama was elected? I mean....blaming him for our universal hatred (pretty much) is like blaming the rooster for the sunrise. I don't see things changing much from that perspective no matter who is elected this November. From a global view, it appears to be very much en vogue to despise the USA in general, with or without Obama.

Obama was going to change all of that.

The Nobel Committee is never wrong about these things.

Yeah, and Russia took Hillary's reset button and shoved it up her ass. That's why she walks funny and makes clicking sounds.

"You're either with us or you're with the terrorists"

Hardly surprising that France and Germany told him to stick his non existent yellow cake uranium up his ass when he came calling for their participation in his catastrophic folly in Iraq.

(yikes, look at those numbers for Bush )

And very few got a bigger chuckle out of Bush's "democratization" of Iraq than Putin.

What the heck are you talking about? Prior to the deal Iran was already potentially only a few months away from fueling a nuclear warhead.

The Bush Doctrine meant "those they harbour terrorist". It was not an insult and if anyone was insulted then the old "if the shoe fits" applies.

The 10 years is within the context and provisions of the Iran deal and the latest revelations, not what was speculated prior.

Tell me you aren't that dense.

And cat-like reflexes. If it wasn't for the secret service, Bush would've jumped over that lectern in one fluid motion and pounded that shoe-thrower into oblivion. He's lucky.

Obama is respected by most of the western "civilised" countries state leaders and people. Bush was looke at with disdain by his fellow state leader and most of non-americans we're making fun of him.
Some state leaders may not like Obama but at least, unlike his predecessor, he's respected by his allies.

And at least Obama can dance

First, let's be clear. The opinions of other countries who are in the middle of committing cultural suicide are not important to the United States.

If they aren't being threatened by totalitarian regimes they seem to like to point the finger at the USA. If their security is threatened, we are the first country they rely on. No matter how much they dislike us.

Either way, we don't lose much sleep over it.

You don't lose sleep over anything. Your medicine cabinet takes care of that.

And it's a certain large, US shaped country currently committing cultural suicide that should be deemed as "important" to the United States.

Well we agree on one thing, the U.S. is trying to commit cultural suicide. As for sleep deprivation, the diabetic comas that you routinely fall in and out of make sure that you sleep like a baby.
