Howard Stern on Obama voters

The Hispanic vote will be significant about 15-20 years from now after all the anchor babies reach voting age. Sorry I insulted the Bushes. I know how much you love them.

I'm telling you, Texas could be a swing state by as early as 2016. Probably a little further out than that, but not nearly as far as you're predicting.

If Texas elects a Rick Perry light (an oxymoron I know) as Governor next time, that will be a bellwether as to where your state stands. Ted Cruz signifies that there is still work to do on the liberal front.

There's a lot of work to do, no doubt, and it's getting done. If you think Texas is safely conservative, just keep thinking that.

The great thing about this country is that we eventually tire of the party in power after a while and give the other side a crack at things. It sucks when you are on the losing end but the biggest mistake is to think that the country now sees things a particular way forever and a day. Hearing things like "Republicans will never win the White House again" is hilarious. No astute pol would ever seriously believe that about any party.

I didn't make the claim that republicans will never win the White House again. Of course four long years with no guarantee of victory surely could seem like forever to some people. :D

Well, you had a great crack at in 2010 and made some significant gains in the house back then. You also had a lackluster President to remove as well in 2012. Now was the time! Instead your party posted candidates like Akin, West or Murdoch just like Sharon Angle in 2010. You failed at taking the house and lost a few seats, you failed in the senate to gain seats. You lost the oval office too. is your party going to double down with this current ideology or work toward center-right? if it stays with the current party line, I dont foresee any improvements.

I am a Democrat that does vote GOP from time to time to add.
