I usually eat before bed, instead of when I wake up. They say that is not good for you, because your body burns the calories providing you with energy while you are asleep, instead of when you need it at the start of the day. But I like to maximize my sleep, and so I think it's better to spend that extra time in bed, instead of getting up earlier to accommodate breakfast.
Of course, you can say well, why don't you go to bed earlier and then you can get up earlier and make up for the difference? You got me there. I'm just not a morning person, never have been.
