I just make direct eye contact and do one of those long, slowly forming smiles and gauge their reaction. Works on guys, too ... :o:shy:

I think pick up lines are usually pretty funny, and making me laugh is almost like foreplay... The line itself isn't what makes me hot, but the balls & timing it requires to use one. Just my take on it!

My kind of girl...:)

I love using obviously overt and sometimes funny pick up lines. If the girl has any sense of humor they usually think it's funny and/or cute.

I have exactly picked up on a girl at a gas station (or at least used a pick up line to break the ice with her). I used the corniest of lines.."Can I pump that for you?':1orglaugh That and a confident but rye smile was all it took...she couldn't help but laugh...She declined to let me pump her gas but we did talk, exchanged ph. nos., eventually went out and ended up in sack a few times.

Pick up lines work....on the right girls.

Allot of times I use corny but clever come ons to girls after I've established a relationship with them...it's always welcomed with laughs. For example, if I'm out eating with a chick and she's feeding on something particularly appetizing I'll look her straight in the eyes (totally not looking at her instead of her food) and ask, "Can I have some?" They usually take the look and what I'm asking for what it's worth....and play along... Well it's happened that way before...:)

The bigger point about come ons and pick up lines isn't so much as what is said but who and how it's said (and perfect timing).
 
Um I don't talk to women, actually I just act myself, which is pretty abnormal to begin with. Grin, smile, and batt my eyes, toss a few compliments and jokes out...and then booommm!!! I say hello to the Wintery Freshness of mace.
