Greatest thing I've read all month.
Before you go calling me names, Netflix carries this film so if you have Netflix PLEASE rent this documentary and watch it. It is not pro HIV or anti HIV.
Just watch it. All the scientists that discovered HIV are interviewed in the film. There is plenty of information in there I guarantee none of you know. Facts are something agreed to on all sides as truth. Well there are many facts about HIV, the numbers with it, and many other factors.
Please before calling me down, watch it first. Then feel free to go nuts on me if you disagree.
The first 10 minutes of it are available. I have yet to find a full version for free. But the sharing sites have this available as well as Netflix or you can get the DVD at http://www.houseofnumbers.com and watch the trailer there.

Actually to Pete Rose I recommend watching House Of Numbers if you got Netflix. Forget bones.
Well I'm glad you'll watch it. You really will learn a lot. Whether you agree with me or not is irrelevant, the information needs to be heard.
I found a part 2 which is a little more of the film. Not the greatest quality but it gives the second 10 minute portion of the film. That's all I could find. I wish I could post the whole thing. Eventually it will be available but for now watch the first 10 minutes I posted earlier in the thread and this 10 minutes.

OK!! FINALLY Someone has posted the full version of House Of Numbers online so you can all watch the whole thing here. I want some feedback. It won documentary of the year from several film festivals in 2009.

Eighteen scientists interviewed in the film state that their answers to Leung's questions were selectively edited to convey a false sense that the scientific community disagrees on basic facts about HIV/AIDS. Two interviewees, Neil Constantine and Robin Weiss, cite examples supporting the allegation that Leung misrepresented their words in a "surely intentional" manner.
A panel discussion of the film at a Boston film festival was disrupted by Leung and by AIDS denialists in the audience, who attempted to shout down members of the panel with whom they disagreed.
In which film festivals did it win documentary of the year? I can't find any reference to that at all.

Please just watch it. I have been searching a long time to find a free version. I found it, so just watch it and make up your own mind. Leung does a great job. If nothing more it will make you think and you will learn the history of Aids and HIV. The scientists that say they were "selectively edited" would say that now wouldn't they. They didn't realize Leung would come to the conclusions he did.

i see it's won all the big film festivals i've never heard of (not that i'm a film festival expert)...anyway there is probably some validity in any statement about pharmaceutical companies (and health care in general) making their money from the treatment not the cure of any given disease...but to say that diseases are made up to fill that piggy bank is ridiculous, nature provides plenty of quarters
