If I recall correctly, she has said she is willing. It's no secret Marilyn is one of her idols (see tattoo on her left forearm) and I think she said she would love to follow in her footsteps. I suppose it just depends on whether Heff's people think Hels Bells' jugs are worth what she would ask them for.
