***** milk it's good for it for me practically anything gives me heartburn used to take ************ pills for it. But the doctor told me you have to stop taking them. The worst food is usually spicy food and alchohol also some fatty foods. Fruit and acidic things as well like fruit juice or fizzy drinks as well. Dairy is actually good for it as it is made up of alkaline, as I said like milk.

* ******* (bummer!)
* Tobacco
* Acidic beverages such as coffee (both caffeinated and decaffeinated), carbonated beverages, and fruit juices with citric acid
* NSAIDS, such as aspirin and ibuprofen – switch to other pain relievers (like acetominophen)
* Avoid high fat foods (at least from ****** studies, high fat foods incresase inflammation in the stomach lining)
* Avoid acidic foods such as tomatoes, onions and citrus fruits
If you follow this advice and eat a high-fiber diet, you should see your symptoms improve in a few days.
Try to avoid excess stress in your life if possible as well. It's hell on your stomach.
Good luck....it's no fun to suffer from this.
