I've cheated in the past, but I've never cheated on my current boyfriend - we'll have been together 2 years in a couple weeks.

If you two are going to cheat on me--with each other--will you please tell me to my face? I hate finding this stuff out by checking out the board.

There is one person who torments my thoughts and invades my fantasies who could seriously tempt me, but in the end I know I'd never go through with it. I forget the name, but I heard a comedian say "monogamy is a choice, not a feeling," and I agree 100%. I see girls I'd love to have sex with every day, but would never betray my family by actually doing it.

Nobody cant control his feelings and if you fall in love to another woman/man then just better break your current relationship. It stll better than to cheat on your partner.
Sure there are many reasons why people cheat on their partners, but they are all wrong!
There is just no reason that would justify such an act of fraud.

To avoid making the poll overly complicated I avoided defining it too much. It's up to you (VOICE OF GOD: "...and your conscience!!").
Personally, I think there are variations on cheating, but all of these would apply, to one degree or another:
- being deeply, emotionally intimate with someone of the opposite sex (as in, sharing your emotions and secrets with them) and feeling a closer bond with them than you do your spouse or signif. other (SO). This one can be the hardest to call when it occurs, I would guess...
- kissing (with passion) - more than just some greeting/goodbye or "you're important to me" kiss.
- intercourse
- oral sex
- fondling, hand jobs, etc.

The only thing I think You Missed is cybersex and phone sex. Plus, is it defined as cheating if you do any of these things with the permission of your significant other, or in concert with your significant other (threesomes, etc..).
Well, if people agree to it, then I wouldn't put it in the cheating category.
I also think I could've made the poll better by dividing the options into (Yes, cheated with one single event with one single person) and (Yes, cheated with multiple events and acts with one single person). But hey, everyone here is so righteous that I guess neither box would get checked anyway... :1orglaugh
