And my wife thought I had a problem with porn? $260,000... was he hanging with Charlie Sheen, Elliot Spitzer, & R Kelly? Seriously, how can you spend that... even it you're Tiger Woods, and c-notes are like dollars to the rest of us.

Strangely, it's a perfect example of Uncle Sam wanting to deny us choice... He chose to invest his 'sexual savings' in porn, massage, & hookers, so it's denied. If he had petitioned Medicaid, he could've gotten Viagra to be hard even in the absence of anything sexual, and they would've paid... Though I doubt even a 24 7 boner would cost him 200,000 over four years... He'd be able to make his money as an internet phenom, the man who's always hard.

Thanks, but I think I'll stick with FreeOnes!

pax, all

How much money do people have to have to be able to hide 'expenses' like that from their loved ones? I haven't spent a penny & get the stink eye if a naked teat flashes on the screen?

Gotta admit, the guy's got balls so big he has to be bow legged to try not only to write it off, but to take it to court and stand in front of other men and act like that should be acceptable.

Isn't Viagra used to help those with ED? And isn't ED classified as a medical issue...? I vote for revote!

Well, if you make the trip to a brothel in order to sell them a service, even if they don't buy, then cost for the car, trip, etc can be written off. Whose to say you don't enjoy your free time with your own money.

Not everything has to be written off, just write off what you can.

ha ha ha Not only did he have the balls to try to write off his "cure for depression" but when they tried to fine him he said they could go pound sand because he had nothing that they could seize.

$300,000 on porn....wonder what the cut-off amount is between enthusiastic viewer and addict.

What's funny about this story is that no matter how high or low her career gets, Julia Roberts won't be known for anything more than playing a hooker.

gotta give the guy credit for having the balls to go threw all of this
imagine if he won hed be like a hero to some people haha

It always surprises me with what ideas attorneys and tax lawyers come up. As court I wouldn't even allow this case. The next one would like his Ferrari being partly paid by the government because it's his substitution for a too short dick! Would be interesting to see how much taxes would then be paid at all.
And I live in a country where taxes are much higher than in the US :)

One year he deducted $41,000 for “therapeutic sex” and another $71,000 for “massage therapy to relieve osteoarthritis and enhance erectile function through frequent orgasms.”

That's a lot of money, did he go every day for massage therapy.
And the $300,000 for porn, he didn't know Freeones is for free?
Perhaps he could play the daily draw for free month pass :)

I think I saw that on Peoples Court, or was it Judge Judy or Mathis, :1orglaughLOL!!!

He actually convinced himself he should stand up and fight for the tax break and it was legit???? WOW.:surprise: Thats and epic FAIL.

I wonder if he actually contacted the pimp and asked for, and kept all his reciepts from the hookers services and turned them over to the IRS? :pimpdaddy
