Are any of the guys here big gym buffs? Just looking for a good workout. Since college I've let myself go by about 15 or 20 pounds and want to burn off this **** belly.

If any of you do, could you post what your current workout is. I've been doing a ton of cardio lately and some light lifting, but it's time to kick it in overdrive and maybe trade in my six pack for a different six pack.

I used to work out 5 days a week, now I'm trying to maintain 4 days a week. I'm more into strength training than being ripped, though I try to stay as lean as I can be.

I only do one major body part a day, I get the most strength out of it by completely breaking down each part individually.

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back
Thursday - Shoulders
Friday - Legs.

Enjoy the **** belly women love it, well at least mine does. Say's it's a nice pillow

I say why have a six-pack, when you can have a keg? :D

You don't need to go to the gym. Just shoot at a cop a couple times and run like hell. Once you get caught and go to jail, someone is going to ride your ass so much the pounds will drop right off. ;)

That's what I did and my life now with Randy has never been happier.

If you need people to workout around to stay motivated...then maybe a gym membership is necessary....

I would say before you go spend money on a gym membership, get yourself any empty, laminate calendar so you can track you activities and a pair of dumbbells.

If you're 15-20 lbs. overweight...replace one of your meals with a protein ***** and start a regimen of calisthenics to include push ups, crunches, squats and curls daily. Then either jog or do wind sprints nightly. Make sure it's a fairly challenging regimen and chart you reps on the calendar every day. (Wouldn't hurt to have a couple of pics of some hot chicks next to your calendar to keep you motivated. You'd be surprised how much that works for some people.)

In about 3 weeks you should notice a difference and have your muscles fairly conditioned to the point where you can now go in the gym and get results for you money.:2 cents:

I'm already in good enough shape to go to the gym. I'm not out of shape per se, just chubbier than I should be. I can run for very long distances and now I'm using the eliptical to take the impact off my knees. Getting older starts to suck.

Anyway, I was just looking for a new lifting routine. I'm bored with my old ones and want to find ways to tone up a little more with something new.

Great suggestions though.

just go to the gym and work hard, give 100% for every set.
work one or 2 body parts per day in a cycle.
stick to basic exercises, curls french curls, bench press, dumbell shoulder presses, squats, deadlifts and a variety of cable exercises for back, ect.

dont use those stupid rubber balloons to "work your core", thats just bullsht invented to sell rubber balls.

dont eat and ***** ****.

thats all.

I lost 70 pounds became skinny as fuck (225 to 155). Now I'm building and I don't have a set schedule, but I'm getting bigger.

My biceps went from 12.5 to 14.5 in that time (roughly 8 months).

set 1: triceps/upper back - run
set 2: biceps/pecs - run
set 3: lower back/legs

I made a youtube video for my results in weight loss. It's an ok video, but I want a better one for building.

Supplements:
Whey Protein
Fish Oil

if you want a sixpack , have to burn off a lot of fat off the stomach then do situps on an inclined situp bench ( never do them on flat ground) the higher the angle is the better it will work , make up some routine on how many you can handle in one attempt , and set goal of doing like 350- 400 , keep doing that every two days and six pack comes easy

I dislike the gym; I find it intimidating and therefore don't go. My exercise routine (every other day) encompasses doing weights at home, push-ups, sit-ups, running and LOTS of walking (take a hike car!) :)

When I feel fat or bloated...I just turn on Faux News, watch for about 10 minutes and I can feel my ***** begin to boil, my sweat glands activate and I stand up and start throwing stuff at the tv. It's one hell of a workout....

This is why Google is my main news stream. Can just x out if I don't like something I see.
