i just can't help myself but to respond.
I don't trust it either, haven't since around 1988 when democratic liberal meester p started realizing what was happening around him and
what the area he loved so much was becoming.
I'm sure its used for many things, but one thing it is use for is as a gauge to decipher how much money they can get away stealing from you, or better said how much extra they can get away with stealing from you.
its just feeding the *******.
my advice to anyone who lives independently and holds a job: don't answer the door but if you do lie about your income.

man i live in south america, they have that here but the income tax system is quite straight up.
you pay what you owe once, no extra, no refunds.
but i still don't answer the door.

It's the gubment's way of tracking you. The next step is they'll implant a device in you while you're ********. That's why they want to know how many people are in your household... so they'll know how many devices to bring there at night! Don't do it. Follow Michele Bachmann's advice and just refuse to send it in or let the census takers into your home.
Tell ya what... just cause I don't mind takin' one for the team: the people of my state will fill ours out. We're taking a mighty big chance, ya understand?! And we might suffer greatly by doing it. There seems to be much wringing of hands lately about the slow response to the 2010 census. On the one hand, that's too bad. On the other, however, it's understandable. Now I've noticed that there have been quite a few stories in the ObamaMedia out there identifying evil talk show hosts, me included, as one of the reasons for this lack of cooperation. Sorry .. but I'm not willing to take any of the heat here. I challenge anyone to come up with one single statement I've made on the air encouraging people to not fill out their census forms. Time after time I've told my listeners to fill out the form and send it in. OK ... so I have mentioned that I only answered two questions on the form. I filled out the space for the number of people living in my residence as of April 1st, and I also mentioned that both of those people live somewhere else for part of the year. Other than that ... nothing. No gender, race, age ... nothing else. Under our Constitution nothing else is needed ... and that brings us to this problem with people not participating.
To many the census is a symbol of all that is wrong with our government, it's size, its intrusiveness. Americans understand that most of the questions asked on the census, beyond numbers of people, will ultimately be used by the government to decide on where to spend money seized from the producers. They also understand that questions pertaining to race will be used to gerrymander congressional districts so as to afford maximum representative power to whoever controls state legislatures. In short, the census represents government ... and many people are growing weary of the ever-broadening presence of government in our lives.
But fill 'em out folks, and turn 'em in --- especially if you happen to be of the productive class of Americans. Remember ... 2010 is the first year in history that we will have more net tax consumers in this country than net tax payers. Trust me, this is a category where you don't want to find yourself outnumbered.

I noticed additional information edited in. Therefore it seems you are directed towards my post. As I said I quoted. Anyone have problems with what is quoted I provided link and contact information. Call in and state your opinion.
As for the census that is what I am doing. No matter if it concerns tea party nonsense or not. They [government] do not need to know that much information at all.
Why would they want to know gender, age, race?
