seems there are many reasons to question Obamas true feelings .
i am proud to have been the first here on freeones to post about this back in early 2007, even before fox

back then i was banned by a former mod just for posting a link to his church without any personal commentary.
at least now i'm not alone.
its always the same though, someone says something about him, even with quotes or facts and others will defend him no matter what.
sometimes the defenses are legit, mostly just denial.
i think obama (and his wife) have some very extreme radical views and intentions.
luckily he cant make them happen as he wishes because of the other politicians and the American people keeping him in check, plus probably big businesses.
he can though try to sneak in some stuff to build a foundation for his true intentions.
dont trust him, never did

Of course he is going to try and do as much as possible for his community. He is after all a black man, White presidents did no differently in regards to their communities. So ulterior and distrustful motives is borderline paranoid just use common sense and dont get upset. It might after all be their turn to catch a break.

hmmm?
catch a break?
now what is that?
is that a way of saying more free money? more entitlements?
i dont think any recent PREZ has done more for whites than non whites.
opportunity is opportunity, if the economy is good and there is plenty of work people have more opportunitys if they choose to go for it, if its shit and the government just starts giving more feebies, itll never get better and pretty soon we'll all be poor, whether youre working or not, with the exception of some very very rich, like most politicians are.
thats seems to be where were headin

Colin Powell sums it up I think.

Maybe there's some truth to this :1orglaugh

How could a man write a book about the memoirs of his deserting father, yet refer to his mum as a ''typical white person''. . . the single parent mother who reportedly raised him ..

The reference was to his grandmother in the context of '50s-'60s era perspective. Which even you can admit the perspectives of the "typical" any type of person were different with respect to race than they are today. To which he also said she loved him more than anything in the world.

Fortunately I was raised by both parents. But I once dated a girl who never knew her father but had a longing to find, meet and know him. I never understood it but I do understand the perspective is quite prevalent in children who are missing either parent circumstances notwithstanding.:2 cents:

America just can't stand a black or half black president. No matter what he does good or bad, he will always hated because of his race. He might became the best president ever, but they will never let him have that title. Why? Cus he is black, part black, looks black, has a horrible middle name. Just goes to show how far we have come. 2010 and America is still full of racism. Bush fucked up so much shit and yet America turned a blind eye! I'm not sayin Obama is the best thing since sliced bread, but GOD DAMN, give the man a chance, and stop hatin on him cus he is not your usual looking, talking president!

Come on Sherm.

I can't speak for others but my opinions about him are not about his race.

I would love for Condi Rice to run for President and right now she would have my vote over anyone.

This is about ideology with me, and nothing else.

And your attitude does more damage than anything else. America is the most diverse nation on the earth: fact. But look at its history; who made America what it is today? Mill City. The Hoover dam. The Civil War. The Civil Rights movement. Invention of the automobile. Invention of flight. These are just a few examples of who went out of their way to make America the best damn country on earth.

So who voted this guy in? Considering America is mostly Anglo in racial makeup? Yeah, whites.

America will get past racial ideology when we do away with quotas, the NAACP, La Raza, minority scholarships and other dubious programs that divide on the basis of racial background. I can't, in good conscience, see a friend's brother lose a job oppurtunity on the basis of his skin color (he was white), and neither should any other fair-minded American. And that's where we are today. Yes, of course there is still racial tension. Does it surpise you, when a person loses a job because of the color of their skin, which they have no control over?

Fantastic post.

Obama is mainly a community organizer rather than a true leader, as you know community organizers are never good leaders. They just represent their own community and/or groups affiliated to it but they never represent the whole population.
