krs123 - I think you've missed the mark with Christina Ryder there. She may have protruding hips, but not full hips. Her hips are visible not because they're full, but because the rest of her is so slender. This thread aims to show appreciation for the fullness of hips, not strictly their protrusion, hence partly the combined appreciation for "and tummy", a fullness which oft accomponies that of the hips.
This attribute is often over-simplified as simply "chubby". And while a chubiness or overall fuller figure is often seen in conjunction with the full hips / tummy, it is not necessarily a requirement.
Take this old photo of Lorna Morgan as example:

Clearly, these are full hips, extending well beyond her waist, and even her chest (sans breasts of course). There is a clear curvature to them, and even a hint of her lower stomach protruding, just beneath her navel. Yet by no means could a person honestly consider her figure here to be "chubby". Her waist is tiny, her arms slender and her collar bones very visible.
Conversely it's quite possible, for a larger woman to not have a distinct fullness to her hips (and tummy), where her waist, or overall size overwhelms the hips. Thus, the full hips and tummy enthusiast may shy away from a figure more conventionally describe as chubby, or full. Yet chubby, or even BBW seems to so often be the blanket description given to this figure of "full hips and tummy", which makes seeking it in particular a bit more difficult.
Still, some of the larger models are fantastic examples of full hips (and tummy). The sizes really do range from slender (though not rake-thin, as then there's no meat on the hips and all you're really seeing is protruding bone), all the way up to.. well, I won't say.
