It's hard to choose, but I'll go with Final Fantasy 7.

I loved Bionic Commando. I hear they're finally bringing it back. The grapple arm was great in its day. I also loved Advent Rising and I wish Jaleco would have sold the rights to someone else so this game could have been concluded. The concept of the game was cool even though the controls could have been tighter.
