What's your favorite non-physical trait that women have? By non-physical, I mean NOT boobs, butt, lips, eyes, hair, etc.

Mine is a woman who takes care of and maintains an interest in herself healthwise -- nutrition and exercise, etc.

I also find it very attractive when a woman is sexually open, experienced, and playful.

I like when woman is immodest, unromantic and lascivious. These are very rare qualities, most of the girls I know a spoiled with stupid romantic ideals, sex for them is just an appendix for love. Love is their idée fixe, and its success to find girl who is not mentally deranged with that delerium.

In general, attitude towards sex is the most important criteria. If so, I would say selflessness is the trait I admire most in a woman. The ability to put others before self is incredibly beautiful and oh-so-rare. Luckily, the woman I married is the quintessential epitome of such a woman. It's wonderful.
