favorite Martin Scorsese movie?

however, these step up above the others: Casino, Cape Fear, GoodFellas

I did like his remake of Cape Fear, but it wasn't as good as the original, sorry.

I went for Color of Money, which I'm surprised to see is leading as of now.

It's a great one.

Overall, though, I think Scorcsese is OVERrated, believe it or not...

Scorsese is not my cup of tea. The only one I liked was Taxi Driver. I've seen Goodfellas, Casino, Raging Bull and Color of Money and didn't think much of them. I've pretty much given up on the rest. The only ones I would be willing to watch at this point are Cape Fear and Gangs of New York, since I've heard they're good. Then again, that's what people told me about the other ones. I agree with some of the others that Scorsese is overrated.

for my eyes, scorsese has done so much great movies, so it's hard to vote this one even if taxi driver can't be beaten because of the outstanding performance of robert de niro. and there are still movies i haven't seen yet.

I'm not a Scorsese fan but I did like The Departed. I wouldn't have even seen it if it wasn't for a friend of mine who kept bugging me to buy the dvd.
