I have no idea how a gay sex scene makes a movie "gay". From my perspective a "gay" movie is a movie dealing with gay relationships or gay lifestyle. If this strange definition of gay movies used in this thread were used for other movies i guess you could call Lost In Translation a movie about whiskey commercials or Juno a movie about the value of Sonic Youth´s music.

The guy in the couple that was gonna adopt Juno´s child was a big fan of Sonic Youth and he made Juno buy some Sonic Youth cd´s. (one of my favourite scenes in the movie is when she gets mad at him and the most hurtful thing she can come up with is "Oh and you know what? I bought another Sonic Youth album and it sucked... it's just noise." I thought that was quite funny and it´s actually a pretty good description of Sonic Youth´s not so great albums.)

None in the list, & as has been mentioned American Psycho isn't a gay movie. Nor is any movie that happens to have a gay sex scene in it, the plot has to be set within homosexual culture or focus on homosexual issues or have homosexual characters in lead roles for it to qualify as a gay film.
I would choose My Beautiful Laundrette, & the documentary The Times of Harvey Milk.

I watched Milk with that pussy Sean Penn and almost threw up it was so sick. Basically you're turning your head every five minutes in that movie with all the softcore homosexual male porn in it. Yuck.
