My best advice is to complete follow all doctor's and therapist's orders and suggestions; on a personal note, do try and get to re-habbing the musclature in the broken leg....the muscles will athropy due to lack of motion. Keep in mind that you are most likely limping, so get massage work done on the strong side as well....

I don't know why horses aren't more appreciative of their beautiful riders. First it was Nikki Nova, and now Erica.

I am sorry for the lack of new things hitting the net. All of my new stuff has been staying on my site. I will have to see about getting some of the new stuff that is on my site floating about the net.
I haven't been feeling well at all. I am in a lot of pain and I spend a lot of time laying down with my foot up
