Epic Guitar

this is a cool solo.
interesting is its 2 solos, the first by keith, the second by mick taylor.
you can hear the different styles of the two.

obviously mick's is more complicated.

Eventually you all will find a common ground that excludes some of the 2 finger guitarists I see in this thread.

Eventually, the most common garbage is dismissed and the true masters become obvious!

I've posted this somewhere on here before. Probably another guitar thread.
the late great dimebag

another from dimes :banger:

Still posting here John? Hmmmm... I say Eddie Van Halen maybe?
Sorry to the guy above but things are always better with two fingers......

Well, Vickie, i would have a hard time playing my guitar with two fingers :)

Here are a couple of legends giving new life to a classic tune

I could go on forever about Iron Maiden (and I likely will). Right now, I'm listening to a few of their more recent albums.

The intro by Dave Murray is very eloquent, the main riff (3 guitars) is a *******.

Adrian Smith's accompaniment through the verses (e.g. 2:17-2:37) *****, and the 3 part guitar through the chorus is classic Maiden.

At 2:35, a straight-forward 3 chord progression features a run by Adrian Smith @ 2:43 which simply fucking owns.

Of course, one can never discount Steve Harris' bass playing ...

And I will caution you now to cease trolling in this thread.

You are in no position to "caution" me.

As you said "...to posters' interpretation...."

I interpret.
You dislike my opinion and "caution" me.

I have no problem with you, I suggest you adopt a similar policy.

Have a nice day,

~HB

Nice to see some Alter Bridge on here.

My vote goes here though:

and for all the David Gilmour fans, this solo makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up every time:
