Yeah ++++++++++++++++++.com is down. What a shame for you, isn't it?
Where are you going to get your stolen content now? :ban:
I can remember back in 1991, my friend let me borrow the Nirvana, Bleach CD, so I could record it on my cassette tape. Was that considered stealing? and if it was, why didn't the industry do anything then? Hell, back in 1994 when I discovered Racquel Darrian, another friend had one of her VHS movies, so I borrowed it and since the family had two VCR's, I recorded the movie onto another tape.... was that considered stealing??? I think it's time for these so called artist, and porn actors and movie actors to find a new profession. In the end, the industry can blame our government for not keeping our pay up with the times. You can raise the movie ticket prices all you want, we the people will continue to share. You can raise your website fee all you want, cause we will still find a way to share. The sex business bubble done popped. Find another profession, or deal with it.
65 assholes.
lol
i was just sharing
i think it is not right to shut down servers or calling me a stealer , only because i want to share my files with other ppl.
its the same like i just hit the record button and give it to my friends like every1 did in the 80's !
i agree, we all downloaded stuff from those sites, how can you prove they were illegal
im with nitefinda
why are you talkin whole time about assholes , is your own that wide open ?
i gonna continue sharing what ever ppl say , it have to be legal , and it was the same with napster . after napster the p2p started with morpheus and kaaza , and today it is ********* and ********** - ppl'S just gonna continue sharing .
and because the gov. cannot stop , they start attacking the ppl wich give ppl the platform to share . its like some1 send this one who started freeones into jail because he gave us a platform to enjoy our needs

There seems to be a lot of ass-holes in this thread. ***************************************************************

Actually, technically yeah, it was considered stealing. Back then the music industry and film industry didn't really care as much though because it took time to copy their stuff and it wasn't mass distributed.
I remember being a kid and having a conversation about this and blank cassette tapes with my mom because I had just learned about it.
Yes it was stealing, and your statement sounds like the type of person whom should be arrested for going along with online piracy.
It's thinking like that from people that they are owed or entitled more than someone else that makes me so upset.
Um... yeah the bold part was kind of an important part of what I wrote but you conveniently left it out when quoting me.ok, if the industry knew people were copying onto a blank cassette, why not tell the companies that made the blank cassette to stop making them. I mean they did sell blank cassettes, why else would you need a blank cassette... to record off a borrowed CD or VHS. I'm sure the industry knew then, but chose not to do anything. Now they are crying because they are losing big time money?! Not my fault, should have done something then and we wouldn't have been so spoiled. Could you imagine if there were no blank cassettes to buy We consumers would have to actually go out and buy the album or movie
Actually, technically yeah, it was considered stealing. Back then the music industry and film industry didn't really care as much though because it took time to copy their stuff and it wasn't mass distributed. Most people just went and bought the album or movie themselves. These days with the internet, it's much different because you can reach everybody instantly.

I think that during the 90's, video cassettes were widely and mass distributed. Because at least 8 of my anime videos distributed by MANGA UK, in the mid 90's had this commercial.

And this one on many rentals, which I bought many ex-rental videos before VHS went defunct.

Which video piracy on the large scale (50 million in the YouTube video) was one machine, as a seed, with ten or more acting as peers. Almost like a primitive peer-to-peer network, as shown in my example (below).
The movie/film industry did care, but all they could do about it was make the screen fuzzy for anyone watching a pirated copy (which introduced the decoder/de-scramble boxes). Although the music industry wasn't and has never been as evolved, because it was either tape to tape (many home stereos had dual decks), CD to tape or from the mid-90's CD to CD via some really overpriced CD burners and blank media. Now people don't use CD's, or if they buy a CD, it's burnt to MP3 and put on one of the many thousands of devices people use these days. The last CD I purchased was available on Amazon as a digital download, for £12, or used for something silly like £2.89, I chose the used option and didn't pay over the odds AND didn't commit any crimes of piracy. USED audio CD's is the future, although there is only so many that I can store in the box up in the attic.
Erika,
since you are making an accusation, you have to prove that they stole something from you?
the definition of copyrighted content is very broad, google and youtube and even facebook, tv channels use millions of images n videos, do you think they are copyrighted? just because producing something that does not mean it is copyrighted, you have register every single thing.
i agree many people abused this system and made a lot of money but so are we.
if cnn makes a news about you, they are gonna use photo, or softcore video, do you think they will pay to the owner of that picture / video?
no, so we should shut down cnn? lol
i hope you get the whole idea, shutting down websites wont help anyone
perhaps it's time for a new profession, plain and simple, and if the sex business is all you know, then I feel bad for you (in general speaking) Perhaps, you could join wall street and steal their money, I would
Do I online pirate? NOPE, I could, but what for? I enjoy giving my money to jessicajaymesxxx.com Hell I've been a member to her site since she started it back 2008. Do I share her movies, fuck no I don't. Do I steal songs? Nope, I am proud to say I got about 500 cds that I have accumulated over the years and imported them onto my itunes. I have even bought movies, tv shows and music on itunes plenty of times. I've been a member to Encore video which is an adult video store where I live for the past 8 years, so yeah I buy my porn as well. Do I believe sharing is okay, yes I do, why? cause they can. Don't get me wrong, I understand you folks make a living with music and performing and such but what do you want. If I was new to the porn business and would actually think, "do I want to make videos just so little stealing assholes can download my movie and share it? Fuck no I don't, I'd be losing money" In the end, I understand why there are pirates and I don't fuck with them. perhaps it's time for a new profession, plain and simple, and if the sex business is all you know, then I feel bad for you (in general speaking) Perhaps, you could join wall street and steal their money, I would
Really do you know the amount of money we in the industry pay to list every movie we film, its title its date, etc. etc. The trademarks we pay to cover our names, domains, etc. CNN and any news agency can use up to 29 seconds of a copyrighted material for a on going news story, This is much different from a 5, 10 or 90 minute video!
Sorry I don't get the idea, I think all these illegal sites should be shut down. and penalties made higher and higher for the site owner and the USERS of the site! Everyone whom downloads illegal porn should have to pay a fine or jail time! Just my opinion, and I know its like all the other assholes out there.
