She put herself under the lights, she is being harassed, threatened, marginalized...If she did all this just for paying for her tuition and not really liking the job, at 18yo, she will have huge regrets, problems to be considered for other jobs, disgust for herself, etc. I am just wishing that she is in it for the fun too and not just for the money.
