What are the hard facts on this -
Is there a trade off with respect to our over longevity ? i.e. -
If you're of the camp where you sleep less than "normal" 8 hours / 24, do you actually live more of your "conscious life" as opposed to those who sleep a greater duration per week, month, year etc. ?
Or - do you die earlier, more prematurely, in your lifetime as you have been lacking what is "known" to be the normal protocol for healthy sustainable rest / sleep time ?
Is there a trade off ? Please post some reputable resources, if available.
I can't help but notice the many of those who do everything "right" can also fall to random health vulnerabilities.
There have also been "studies" conducted that suggest that "graveyarders" (3rd shifters) - overnight workers "can" statistically have greater "________" health problems, but thus far, it's entirely hypothesis, IMO.
Oh well, just a curio.
Thanks for reporting ! :hatsoff:
