Every frikkin' night. Maybe it's living near the highway. Maybe cos I gotta pee. Also I really need one of those therapeutic pillows. A good pillow and firm mattress=a good night's rest.

I always sleep atleast 8 hours a night. I fall alseep very fast (within 10 minutes) and nothing short of a terrorist attack can wake me up

i teach a class at 6 am until 8am so i wake up at 430 to prepare the class and get there a little early.
i get home, eat, prepare another class for 12 pm and get back at 230.
eat again , sleep for another 2 hours , wake up, eat, go to the gym ,get back, eat , sleep around midnight for 4 hours and do it again.

so yes i sleep split shifts ........and truth is its not really healthy.
6-8 hours continuous is best.

I don't sleep much anymore, must be this swollen prostate. You know, because I'm something like 68 years old.

Probably a good idea to take a melatonin supplement with that schedule, huh ?
How many months or years has this schedule been in the works ?

I am a failure to the Korean side of my family
I only sleep in shifts when we circle the wagons. All kidding aside I have been getting for the past 2 months 6 and 1/2 hrs of sleep exact, don't ask me why. It sure is alot more that the 2 hours of sleep I got when I spent the whole month of Febuary in the hospital, those beds are impossible to sleep in. Plus all the IV tubes in your arms.
