Do you care about your rep (reputation) power / post (posts) count ?

I don't really care about either of them. Sure, it's nice to see that I have more posts and have been around longer than some people, but that doesn't mean anything. It just means that I have nothing better to do, so I post on a porn forum frequently. No big whoop. And, most of the rep that I get is for posts that don't even really deserve it, IMO. So, I don't care about that either. Plus, there's a game on here where you just rep everybody, so a lot of people have huuuuuge rep numbers that honestly don't deserve it.

I don´t care about the actual rep power but i like checking the rep comments. I have no idea why anyone would care about how many posts they have.

Why should I care about my post count? It's not like they are being stored locally on my computer...

I care more about the comments that come with Rep than the Rep itself, but altogether it is important. Good barometer of how the group sees you.

First the thinking, then the writing, then the rep power and then the feedback verbals. Compliments much aglow. A big neg attack hurts but not so much when due to lack of comprehension or ignorant hatred. Writing here is a game. Hating here is to lose that game. Rep is an imperfect scorecard. How are you going to work on your game if you don't watch the score? Serious players are owed this at least.

Absolutely not. I couldn't care less about rep. My number was really getting too high anyway. It's good to get knocked down a peg or two in life. It teaches you humility. I'm a slow learner...

I haven't been able to spend as much time here on FreeOnes lately, so I must of missed something. What did you do to get negative rep? Become a Cardinals fan? :eek:
