I vote no, only because I don't believe anybody could land on the Moon and make it back to Earth on the first attempt

Conspiracy...
Remember that just a little less than 2 years before the supposed moon landing, 3 astronauts were killed in a fire on a launch pad. Now if NASA is the same as it was back then, it would be more than 2 or 3 years before another shuttle was launched. Look at Challenger and Columbia: both tragedies grounded the space program for a MINIMUM of 24 months. After Challenger, NASA was almost totally disbanded and I wish it would've been. NASA is a total waste of time and money.

:hatsoff:

your a retard

Why? Just because someone doesn't believe everything someone else says doesn't make them a "retard." Some day you might see the light.

Until then agree to disagree and no more flaming. :nono:

i say fake i mean with all the update stuff nasa has and all the money they blow how come they havnt ever been back ?

the moon landing is about as real as magic johnsons hiv/ aids virus ( oh yeah i went there )

Correct on both accounts. ;)

Another good reason not to believe. When's the last time someone did something on earth the first time they tried it? The moon landing is fake.

We actually worked up to it.While that may have been the 1st attempt to land and come back and was succesfull prior to that we had missions that went to the moon orbited then came back without landing.

What kind of schools do we have that 20 somethings come out disbeleiving such things?

Trust me we went to the moon ,we got H-bombs too and in some ways you can thank the germans for both.

The same kind of school that teaches them that capitalism is evil. We can think Jimmi Cata for that.

Then we have people on here who when informed and presented with proof that the information they have been clinging to as 'proof' the landings were fake is actually just a bunch of BS and lies yet they still keep repeating "it was fake".
Never mind that there are objects on the moon that could not have been put there remotely that are visable and were visable 20 years ago.

If there are UFO's I have no doubt that the people that fly them are smart enough to stay as far away from us as they can. So no I don't believe there has ever been a UFO landing or legit sighting of any kind on Earth.

Don't ever tell Buzz Aldrin it didn't happen. He'll punch you in the face!

I would not suggest doing it to one of our other heros Neil Armstrong either, I know a guy who was there with Neil when some nut accosted him at LAX. Neil didnt bat an eye after he asked the guy to back off and he didn't...BAM right in the kisser... nut went down.

Nothing quite as funny as seeing someone get thier ass kicked by a 74+ year old man (at the time). I just wish I had been there myself to see it!

First thing:No need to ask such question.....now.This is like out of date question. Because time of cold war is gone......no competition anymore......Unipolar World..

2nd thing: Hollywood film industry is very expert and they were also very expert late in 60's and 70's making any type of movies....making any kind of sets...:thumbsup::rolleyes:

3rd thing: Time proves every thing true or false.......

there is a larger issue here - we actually have no moon.

Of course we have a moon. Everyone can go outside and see it for themselves.

But it would be impossible for anyone to land on it because it's only about 2 and half inches wide.

Actually no. Here this might answer some of your questions. :D

http://www.caroun.com/Geography/General/Earth.html

Actually yes. The earth has a 360 degree radius, doesn't it? Unless you have a different defintion of what round means.

What he meant to say is that Earth is not a perfect sphere, but rather an ellipsoid, since it's wider on the equator and narrower on the poles.

And you should be more specific when you say "it has a 360 degree radius", what do you mean by that? Going around all the sides of a triangle you also do 360 degrees, but you could hardly call a triangle round.

rep to you bodie, that was a fascinating article, but I still don't really understand it.

Ok, so I get the point that the scale of the flag in proportion to the distance of the telescopes viewing radius is too small to provide a clear image resolution... but then how can we take pictures of large planets in other solar systems, which are light years away? that would have to make them at a scale millions if not billions of times smaller in comparison.

Where did you ever see a "picture" of a large planet in a solar system light years away? Short answer, you didn't but why do you think you have?

BTW when a planet is detected in a solar system that is light years away it is only indirectly observed. Usually a "wobble" in the stars orbit is detected.

Of course we went to the Moon, that's not the question we should be asking ourselves. The real question is has the Earth been infiltrated by the Zebulonians from the planet Zebulon that is located in the far off galaxy of Alpha Beta Gamma Omega 6 3 4 5?

I have dealt with these beings, and I can say with the utmost certainty that they are NOT to be trifled with. You think Sam Jackson was a badass in Pulp Fiction? You ain't seen nothing yet.

I agree that the Zebulonians shouldn't be messed with. But as everyone knows, its those little bastards from Farhacs 3 that are into the whole anal probe thing. Oh yeah, they promised to call. Still waiting. I know I shouldn't, but it was such a special moment.

We did land on the moon. And while there, we met the Moon-shins. Nice bunch of beings. So while this debate goes on and on, don't forget to attend the Flat Earth Meeting on June 16th.
