The attempts by Democrats and the liberal faction of the MSM to pin this on the Tea Party, Sarah Palin or conservatives has backfired. This is a repeat of what they tried to do following the Times Square incident coverage.

Sarah Palin should, at the very least, apologize for the idiotic cross-hairs congressional map her PAC put out and tone down her vitriolic rhetoric.

I can't say that I know much of anything about Giffords. But even if she was the second coming of Sarah P@lin (and I think most everyone knows by now how I feel about that "thing"), I would still be disturbed by violence against a standing representative of our government. We like to believe that we have a certain civility when it comes to politics, and that's a big part of what separates us from "lesser" nations. Well... :dunno:

Yes she was Arizona’s first Jewish member of Congress and the shooter Jared Lee Loughner listed 'Mein Kampf' as a favorite book on his YouTube and MySpace, the media is downplaying these side notes, she is also a cousin of actress Gwyneth Paltrow and that little 9 year old that died was born on 9/11 2001 Something that conspiracy guy WTC alluded to was that on her YouTube site she is subsribed to Jared Lee Loughner's YouTube site and he appears to be right, whether it could have been hacked I don't know but very strange. The first link is an overall of the whole tragedy, the second is from an Israeli news source (describing her as Jewish) and the third is her YouTube page, scroll down to the bottom and you will see she is subscribed to Classitup10 which is the YouTube channel of Jared Lee Loughner and she only has one other subscription, maybe I'm reading it wrong I don't know :dunno:

I'm not sure if that played a role seeing that he also listed the Communist Manifesto. Karl Marx had well known Jewish heritage and a lot of the early communist leaders were Jewish. A well worn antisemitic trope is that Communism is favored by a large minority of Jews as a cover for their efforts to attain power.

Not to mention that Loughner is both a german Christian name as well as a Jewish name. His mother is also Jewish according to recent interviews with friends of the family.

Loughner himself claimed to be an atheist or having no religious views when he tried to join the Army in 2008.

The Sheriff Dubnik who was going on about hate said he was referring to Antisemitism as well as talk radio and the right. He based that on Giffords being Jewish--Dupnik himself is part Jewish. Now that's another attempt by the left (Dupnik is a liberal) to say this is a far right/tea party/racist/white supremacist incident.

Nearly every attempt by the left to smear the right on this has failed spectacularly.
