Collections

Anybody in here have a certain item(s) that you enjoy collecting?

I've amassed quite a collection of old radios from the 1920s and 1930s. Most didn't work when I got 'em, but they do now.

I also collect Pre-Prohibition Shot Glasses.

Also have a neat collection of old tins -- oilers. Small tin containers to use on guns, sewing machines, etc.

What are some of your collections? :)

I collect hypothalami and store them in formaldehyde jars, which I keep on my shelf. Nothing that intereting.

Books.

I don't read them of course. I just like putting them on display in order to maintain the illusion of an intellectual prowess that is severely lacking in reality.

You just spoke a bunch of big words that would indicate otherwise.

It would be interesting to collect the old license plates.

Too bad that they will never be found along the streets.

Try Flea Markets... someone usually has a box of them that they have collected and are now tired of it. :)

OCSMs :) No wait that's FreeOnes who does that. :o

I think I'm just collecting porn and garbage. And dust.

I'm kinda starting a fan sign collection. :)

Digital collecting rules! :D

Racing is life... anything else is just waiting.
Guns, automobile diecasts, racing memorabilia and (replica) items relating to ancient Rome (swords, helmets, daggers, banners, coins, etc.).

Old hubcaps.

The garage wall is full of them.
You two seem to post in A LOT of the same threads. Just sayin'. :stir:

I collect music, "baseball" cards, autographs and jerseys. Also have some coins that are some value.

I sold all my silver coins back in May. I'll be buying them all back here in another year or two. I also collect postcards, fine art, and knives. Anything old, really, made in the USA sort of stuff. I've been buying a lot of McCoy and Hull pottery over the last year. Good stuff.
