Things have been quiet on this forum for the last few days:
Here is a diary entry from her website and thought I would post since there have been varying degrees in comments about her website:
"I have had some people complain about having to buy the zipsets. Ive even heard that people were saying all I care about is money.
That really makes me sad to think people always have something mean to say.
I usually dont talk about my work details, but I only decided to create this site because I definitely felt like I owe it to my fans for a better site than the last one.
But instead of going with a huge website network who makes so much money already and takes a majority percentage from their models, I decided to create this site from scratch with a team of people who I trust and the money would go to people who need work or extra income and NOT some greedy company.
As for my zipsets,I really wanted to give myself to my fans since they all have been so amazing and patient. Since Ive been doing webcam chats, I feel more free!
But in order to do so and have professional photos taken for my regular sets as well as the zipsets, I couldnt afford to pay my photographer (and the only one i truly trust) in full for his wonderful work, so I opted to create the zipsets in order to pay him and give him a job since ModFXmodels ended the company and moved to another country.
With most of the big website networks, the webmaster is also the photographer. Sometimes, they have a hired photographer but most of the time the photographer is also the webmaster. SInce I started from scratch, I invested my own money into building the site (adult pay websites are not cheap). My webmaster-who is GREAT, but has never created an adult site before, so I had to visually design it myself and catagorize it myself.
So to those who still continue to complain about my website fees- its really not fair. Im not a money hungry person. Im the total opposite. Im trying to also create a living for myself and others. I dont believe in working with these big companies who are already making soooo much money off several model sites/networks. I opted to go with the underdog and work with people who I know, trust, and would appreciate the help/job.
Even though with big website companies, it would be better for me since they have better promotion and networking- BUT I do not care about the promotion and money in that sense because as I mentioned before- This site is for my FANS only and also to help me and my team make a living.
This is my only living until I retire into working at my own business. (And that in itself was a lot of hard work.) Ive worked tooth and nail to be where I am today. I am now in a position to help others and give people jobs, and it was always my dream to do so.
So please understand why I get sad over mean comments like that. "
