Season 2 slated this summer. Should hopefully be June or July. Anybody else here watched the first season? My only problem was first season is only 4 episodes. Second season will be 8...

All the principle participants of the show's first season appear to be onboard for Castlevania season two, which means that showrunner Adi Shankar, writer Warren Ellis, and voice actors Graham McTavish, Richard Armitage, James Callis, and Alejandra Reynoso will all reprise their respective voice roles.

I watched this when it came out. I remember being bummed that there was no focus on the relationship between Drac and his woman. I want to be pissed off with him, but that did not happen. They really should have let us get sucked in to their love and then ripped it away from us.
 
Isn't that how everybody stores their meat? I haven't owned a refrigerator since the 80s!

Somewhere on the net there is an actual professional orchestra that did some of the Castlevania songs.

I also think the songs for the game would go well if you could add in a gigantic church organ into the mix.

This will be a chance for them to either go all out and make us love it, or fade into whateverness. They are too close to the latter, and again, huge Castlevania fan (obviously, see avatar).
 
Yeah but it still gonna only be 8 episodes! What's with that honestly? Look at all the other anime netflix seasons. Why is Castlevania the short straw?

Who knows. Honestly, I think they already dropped the ball on this. No one fucking tries anymore.

We have to hold faith my man. I am like you on Castlevania love. I am just sad it isn't coming out next month as should have. Uet it was already renewed for a third season...
