I like all sorts. Finally catching up on South Park after missing the last couple years. But I'm a sucker for old classics too. 
We're talking Cartoons and not Anime, right? As in, Western, non-Japanese created stuff.
Currently Archer is pretty good. Simpsons is a staple, even if it's not as good as it was. South Park has been going down, but now they started the whole continuity thing it's hard to turn away from.
I would say the DC Universe Movies, but they're increasingly being produced by Japanese studios so I guess they don't count.
