I think you addressed me to Yandex before and it has saved me from a lot of searches last week, but this is not Kayla.
Also, I figured a method in helping ID-ing, is to look at the birthmarks and / or freckles.

Okay. Good. Looking at birthmarks / freckles is a very good idea. As for Yandex, it is now more reliable as a reverse image search engine. Better that Tineye. Better than Yahoo. And when it comes to nudes, better than Google.
