Bloodiest or Goriest Game You've Ever Played

What are the bloodiest or goriest games you've ever played?

Mine would probably be Gears of War with the shotgun, chainsaw, or exploding crossbow *****. Also Red Dead Redemption really freaked me out the first time I saw my friend skin an ******, and of course, I can't forget the Mortal Kombat Series, especially the ps2 era games where you would just land a jab and a river of ***** would gush out...

I would have to go with either of The Suffering games.There are times were you are covered from head to toe in *****.

How I wish they would make a new version of those games.

F.E.A.R 2 is quite gory, so is Silent Hill: Homecoming.

Mortal Kombat for its groundbreaking gore'
Resident Evil was scary and pretty gory for the ps1...
and of course the Gears series was super ******.
I havn't played a lot of newer age games

You mean Sega Genesis era games...That was awesome when I was around 13

God of War games.Totally gory.
Mortal Kombat series and Resident Evil series also.

Saints Row II had awesome gore and ***** in it.
Gears of War
X-Men Origins
State of Emergency for PS2 (Check it out if you find it super cheap)
I thought Bioshock had decent effects like when you shoot their face or body and it shows it all red and distorted.
Same with Red Dead Redemption. Some of the head shots and bullet wounds were vicious looking.

gears of war series is nice but if u wanna c alot of ***** and limp splattered on the floor play bulletstorm. prototype is ****** too

Lemmings. I like to trap them all together and make them all explode!

I don't ever think I even completed 2-3 levels. I just started mass ******* them all off the best way I could. So much potential gore you control! Especially when you let them fall from really high and you hear that "squash" sound when they spatter their guts all over the ground!

Fallout3 is pretty good, you can dismember and arrange corpses.

Of course, the first dismemberment in a game I ever played (and possibly the first ever) was the Apple II classic " Premium Link Upgrade "
