Charlie is the result of a savaged Freeport game I kind of made slightly steampunk. The arm Charlie lost was actually a mechanical arm. The reason Charlie lost it is because of his mouth. Come to think of it...all of the characters he's played in my games (including my husband's ghoul I let Anders play to see if he liked Vampire) are fucking assholes with diarrhea of the mouth. I think it's his signature.
