Bill Paxton has died

I mostly remember him as Fred Haise in Ron Howard's Apollo 13

RIP to him

My friend Joe Lansdale had been in talks with Bill Paxton for several years to do a film adaptation of the novel The Bottoms, too bad they never found the time to make it happen before now.

Just after hearing the news and I am in shock

Bill Paxton starred in such films as The Terminator , Apollo 13 , True Lies and Twister opposite Helen Hunt
He also was in "Aliens" as well as one of Cinema's most lucrative motion pictures James Cameron's Titanic
I think he won an Emmy for his work on the television mini series which charted the legendary Hatfields / McCoys Feud , starring opposite Kevin Costner.
Another actor departs the stage far too soon. Rest In Peace Bill Paxton

One of only two people to have been ****** by an *****, Predator and Terminator. RIP.

One of my favorites.

I liked him as Chet in Weird Science.

He was gosh darn funny as Chet. I loved the rubber shotgun he whacked his ******* on the head with....I slow mo'd it, because I could have sworn I saw it bend when he hit him.

R.I.P.

So sad to hear of Bill Paxton's death one of my favourite actors, thought he was brilliant in both dramatic and comic roles. His performance in True Lies as the car salesmen was hilarious.

Best portrayal of an asshole older ******* ever. RIP

Complications from heart surgery.

Fine actor of Twister, Apollo 13, Tombstone, Aliens, and Predator II, a cameo in Terminator as the Punk Leader. First guy Arnold Schwarzenegger ***** when on Earth and on TV, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, and on Cable TV, "Big Love."

He will be missed. :(

What will CBS do with their new drama"Training Day"?

Bill Paxton as Detective Frank Rourke.

He had the key role and he was the narrator for the shows opening credits.
