At the end of this short video approx. 3:10 in, Bill says "we've got morality on our side" and breaks out laughing while he's saying it to the other evil entity TO WHOM he is speaking to.
What could possibly be funny about that statement to make him laugh like that?
The answer is nothing.
Its a classic example of Dupers Delight. When people lie and laugh or smile as they tell the lie.
