Most capital crimes are crimes of passion and/or spurr of the moment crimes...how do you deter that exactly? :dunno: Oh yeah, capital punishment serves as a great deterrent (once carried out) against re-offending.....but before the fact, not so much.

Not really.
First off it aint gonna happen.
Second it was only semi serious.
Third , Biden was the one who brought it up, I just ran with it.

Seriously, the best thing that could happen to the country today is for Obama and Biden to just disappear.
Even if nothing is his fault it would still be the best thing.
People are afraid to spend, invest, start businesses ect because of him and the economy is in my eyes getting worse.
Nobody's gonna do nothing until this guy is out of town , and even then its gonna take time to recover...........a few years.

Every study I have ever seen has shown that there is indeed a direct correlation between unemployment and a statistically significant increase in crime rates. So, how was Biden wrong exactly?
