Best Cartoon of all time

I agree on the digital vs the old hand drawn cartoons.
And nothing comes close to the cartoons from warner bros (looney tunes/merrie melodies) of the late 30s through mid 50s.
Looney tunes was the best
Mighty Orbots was pretty good,even though I was a Voltron guy.Too bad that it was only on for one season.

When I was a kid, I didn't miss an episode of Doug (Nickelodeon version, not Disney's Doug). That was a great show. It's not the best of all-time, but I grew up with it. So it will always be one of my favorites.
Yeah I used to like that.

I love Aqua Teen Hunger Force, South Park and The Venture Bros., as well as many others.
As far as cartoons growing, many of you mentioned He-man, ThunderCats, Transformers and G.I. Joe, which I like(d) as well.
Does anyone remember a cartoon called Star Blazers? It's Anime, but back in the late 70s, early 80s, I don't think anyone really paid attention that.

Anyone in the U.S.,maybe.In Japan it was known as Space Battleship Yamato(in the 70's,not the 80's),and I believe that it was fairly popular.Yet again,it was another cartoon to come from Japan that was too revolutionary for American audiences,so they dumbed it down quite a bit.The same treatment was done with Battle Of The Planets,Macross(Robotech here in the states),and a host of others.
Back in the 70's and 80's,I guess American producers thought that some,if not all of the serialized Japanese cartoons were either too complicated for American children to want to follow,or too childish for adults to want to watch,or both.

road runner - always loved that tiny puff of dust as the coyote hit the ground after falling off some huge cliff, usually soon to be followed by a huge boulder and another puff of dust as it landed on top of him. all those acme company products which he tried to use to catch the road runner but which always went wrong were funny as well
