That's what I thought at first too (especially with her being featured on PinupFiles, a frequent place to find Leanne), but this girl looks to have a thinner face and body, their noses are a little different, and I don't think Leanne has that little beauty mark above her lip. They're definitely reminiscent, but I'm not convinced this girl is Leanne.
