I am pretty certain that is Jayden Jaymes...in this scene from Buttwoman Returns

It looks like Jayden in your pic, she and Alexis are both wearing waist chains in the scene (just like the pic) and the couch and rest of the room match...go to about 40 seconds in on this trailer and you'll see
