yes, in the DCU it's the now called "omega sanction" where you are forced to relive alternate lives, each one worse than the one came before. Only Shilo Norman/Mister Miracle the greatest escape artist in the world has escaped it. No doubt Batman who has been trained by Scott Free, the original Mister Miracle who is a God, will escape it too.
