Hey man. I understand some of what you're saying, but let me explain a few things from the production side.
We're not dealing with pornstars here in the normal sense. For this situation, we couldn't set up lights, give direction, plan scenes, do dialogue. In fact, it's actually against their wishes to have anyone else even in the room, so that's not even on the table. And when it comes to pushing the envelope in a zipset, the rules about what can be shot and how it could work come from the model, not from us - it wouldn't happen otherwise. The SLRs we have (which they used as camera 2 and camera 3 in this video and those look good) need to be manually focused. So if he'd handheld one of those instead of a GoPro and wasn't paying attention or used to pulling focus, there's a good chance the whole thing would come out blurry. Mistakes like this have been made.
