I have tried to CANCEL 2 months in a row, it gave me the option to stay a member for reduced rate of $9.99.. I adamantly said NO, BUT YET NEXT MONTH they charged me again. So I thought I made an error and maybe DIDNT CANCEL so I cancelled AGAIN... NEXT MONTH came by and they CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN! SO NEXT STEP I CALLED the company directly and they said sorry there was nothing they could do but assured me they would cancel my account but could NOT credit me the last 2 months. Basically telling me to "fuck off sucker" SO NEXT STEP? I called Citibank, explained to them the problem and how OTHERS, Including people in this forum have been screwed, They said they would look into it asap,, RESLUT: I got a credit for BOTH MONTHS within a week. INCREDIBLE PASS HAD NO ASWER or DEFENSE...:glugglug:

And exactly this is what you all have to do. Do not contact the site at all. If they charge you although you cancelled your account, immediately tell the credit card company about it. They all have a fraud department. They all know the porn sites. Be honest to them, tell them (or better print out the page with the cancellation receipt and fax or mail it to them) and you will nearly always get áll your money back.

And don't forget to immediately tell them to block all further charges from this site. You are always on the right side if you have some evidence that you cancelled your account.
