Amateur Porn And Condoms/Tests

Hi everyone.

I was hoping to find some info on a specific topic. I'm a web designer and actually getting ready to help a husband and wife team start their own porn site. I read online that it is required that all porn stars prove they have been tested within 30 days of the shoot. Will this husband and wife need to constantly get tested in order to do their porn site?

I have all the other info like 2257 and so on taken care of but I'm just hearing of this proof of test thing.

Its not "required" by anyone its just the standard M.O. that most studios use. If you're hiring talent from an agency they will not work with you if you aren't tested thru talenttesting or aim, unless its something like a handjob or solo video with no fluid exchange etc. If its *** and pop type of amateur porn, literally i dont think its even an issue. even still I use the testing services myself regularly, its cheap like $110 for a panel to know ur clean

There's a big difference between 'amateur' porn and LA porn. I've done both...for several years. If you're going to LA porn - whether labeled amateur or not - you'll be required to have an AIM test (and AIM, not anything else). If you're not in LA and shooting in, say, Green Bay Wisconsin...well, nobody's gonna tell you to be tested. But common freakin' sense says either be tested regularly or use condoms. Anybody that plays with anyone (porn, swinging or otherwise)other than a monogamous partner and doesn't get tested on a regular basis is asking for trouble.
