Hate to disappoint you all but that set is years old. Also Adele has never been anywhere near a plastic surgeon in any way, shape or form. Those boobs are 110% natural as is the rest of her.

You are right on both counts, those shots are from years ago and Adele is 100% natural, however, I think there may be a little computer work on those shots, her tits look a tad different than they usually do to me.

Adele has never changed anything (good point) , she's 100% natural.
