I just reacted to the thread title, but after reading the story, what nobody has mentioned or realized is the PIECE OF SHIT biological father is also guilty of abuse of this child as well, maybe not to the extent of the step-mother, he may not have even been the one who was actually trolling out the abuse, but he knew about it, and didn't do shit too stop it.

Apparently The abused kid was given to the father cuz his biological mother was also physically abusive to the poor kid.
