A Punch to the Face...a Venting Thread!

Nope - not co-pay....that's something different entirely. These are just weird little ****-ant charges that the insurance co. for some reason is trying to pass along to me...grrrrrrrrr :thefinger

My health insurance refers to the payment as a co-insurance payment. The insurance company will pay 90% to preferred providers and the remaining 10% is ****** on to me. The preferred providers are the groups (Doctor's, hospitals etc.) that my insurance company is in cahoots with.

Back on topic: To my insurance company for not paying the bill in full and leaving me with a $2.00 co-ins. payment. I'm sure it costs more than 2 bucks to process the bill for the docs office and my ins. office. Just another factor in driving up health ins. costs, imo.

This is exactly why I'm glad that Turkey didn't make it to the World Cup 2006. We Germans don't want to bother with so called "fans" like you who don't have a clue about the philosophy of sports.
